Program Notes & Requirements

Most standard measures do not require pre-approval unless the incentive is anticipated to be more than $10,000. All projects are subject to an inspection and projects with incentive greater than or equal to $15,000 will require post-inspection. Applications for standard and custom programs due Oct. 31, 2021. Applications for new construction program due Aug. 31, 2021.

Program offers rebates for lighting, appliances, and heating and cooling for commercial projects. Program ends November 30, 2021. Custom and New Construction programs available and require pre-approval. New Construction capped at 50%.
